You can easily track your order using the steps below.


🔍 How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we email you:

✅ Order confirmation
✅ Tracking number
✅ Courier link (Royal Mail / DPD / Evri / Parcelforce)

To track your package:

  1. Open the shipping confirmation email

  2. Find your tracking number

  3. Click the tracking link or visit the courier’s tracking page

  4. Enter your tracking number to view delivery status


Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery Time: Free Express Shipping — 3 to 5 business days

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately.


Tracking Not Received?

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 business days:

✅ Check your spam/junk folder
✅ Search your email inbox for “Belvas”
✅ Contact us and we will resend it


⚠️ Delivery Delays

In rare cases, courier delays may occur due to weather or local delivery volume.
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, contact us and we will investigate right away.
