A: Yes β all products are brand-new and include a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
Q: Do your wheelchairs require assembly?
A: Some models may require minor assembly (such as attaching armrests or joystick). Instructions are included with every product.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Add your chosen model to the cart and complete secure payment at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation instantly.

Yes β we offer FREE express shipping (3β5 business days) across the UK.

Unused electric wheelchairs in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Used or assembled mobility equipment cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Q: My wheelchair arrived damaged β what should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or solution.
